We been contacted by Tim Gray informing us about a unique opportunity for the public to fish against our forces this October. The Forces Carp Classic is an annual pairs event that is normally only open to members of the three armed services, the Army, Navy & RAF. However, this year due to the operational commitments of such a vast number of our brave young men and women there are a small number of places available for anyone to apply for.
As usual, this years competition will be a 7 day event again and will be fished at Abbey Lakes in France. This is a superb venue and is only 90 minutes drive from Calais making it easily accessable for everyone. Cost is £260 per person (£520 a pair) with cash prizes available for the winners.
